tumblr isnt really the best medium fr getting popular with art like.. the only way something will Consistently get notes is if you have a lot of followers, and no matter how good your art is its hard to get A Lot of followers thru that alone like followers on this site mostly come thru making a popular post.

and i see people often going like “uhdhhghdghghs why did this joke post get way more notes than my really good art” like. thats what sells on this medium. even on art sites, jokes have more universal appeal than serious art. serious art posts dont tend to get past 10k notes AT MOST (and that is incredibly rare, usually the most youll get is 1k) lke you need joke posts/art to get that attention and that isnt guaranteed success either

I’m a big advocate that we should bring back the idea “Nightblogging”, unlike the nasty word “shitposting” it has no cursing in it, it goes back to a better time in the history of the world and tumblr, and it reaffirms the idea that at nighttime the logic of the world turns apart into a shadow realm dominated by wild animals and mystery beings and crazy jokes, which is true but we forgot about it

Fantasy Classes series by
Forrest Imel: Warrior, Warlock, Priest, Paladin, Druid, Mage, Ranger, Thief

*slams fist on table* THIS IS THE SORT OF GENDER EQUAL CHARACTER DESIGN I LIKE TO SEE.

Love it. Want it. Need it now.

THE FEMALE CHARACTERS ARE DRESSED. IN CLOTHES. IN A FANTASY VIDEO GAME.

Wow. It’s almost like male and female bodies are almost functionally identical when it comes to living every day life in a medieval-esque setting. What a radical concept.

My only disappointment is that none of the other heroes enjoy their line of work as much as the warlocks.

At first I though the two fire mages were holding hands 🙂
