Adding to this, in all seriousness duct tape can work wonders.

When I worked at Walmart, a guy came in really late one night looking for the best duct tape we had. As I directed him to the selection, he told me that his daughter had been in a car wreck and had glass embedded in her feet. Apparently the ER folks said that the small pieces of glass had to kinda work their own way out and that they should use duct tape to help pull them out.

So if you’ve got small, stubborn pieces of glass stuck somewhere (including flesh,) consider duct tape. This can also help with cleaning up the tiny, tiny specks of it that can be missed with sweeping and vacuuming. My dogs broke a mirror in my room like 6+ months ago and I’m STILL finding pieces of glass every now and then. I have the entire area gated off now so the pets don’t get into anything and I’m ok with just cleaning up the glass as I find it since we’re replacing the carpeting soon anyhow, but if you need to clean it up in a hurry cause of kids and animals, try duct tape after sweeping/vacuuming. Even a hair-remover roller thing might help.

And if you’re still not sure, put some rugs over the area. Go to Walmart and get some of the cheap ones, heck even some of their cheap towels in a pinch, just something to place an extra barrier in between glass specks and whatever vulnerable life forms live with you.
