I am so stupidly emotional about this scene and the fact that she’s a desperate starving child who’s never been shown any affection and was just offered more food than she’s ever seen in her life but the trust and friendship of this lil droid that she’s known for like 12 hours is more important to her

i’m just always a sucker for characters who despite having the universe chew them up and spit them out remain good and kind and gentle towards others.
