Tumblr’s terms of service is very cut and dry with what it allows with respect to minors

If you’re a minor and you’re being attacked, bullied, harassed, or whatever, especially by users (Since all you can really do is block anons), tumblr has a specific page to report that behavior.

Bullying minors is against tumblr’s terms of service. So is posting anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent. It’s very specific langauge: It doesn’t have to be explicitly depicting a minor, it has to be relating to minors. If it’s sexual or violent and relates to minors, it is against tumblr’s terms of service.

Tumblr is actually pretty good at responding to these complaints (Which might be surprising since tumblr staff and non-responsiveness go together like nothing else). I’ve reported issues in the past and seen the posts with the problem removed in under forty-eight hours

But really, if you’re a minor and there is someone who is bothering you, you can report them for doing that.

This is the specific language from Tumblr’s terms of service/community guidelines (As of 2016-06-23):

What Tumblr is not for:

Harm to Minors. Be thoughtful when posting anything involving a minor. Don’t post or solicit anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent. Don’t bully minors, even if you are one. Being a teenager is complicated enough without the anxiety, sadness, and isolation caused by bullying.

And this is where you can report that behavior: https://www.tumblr.com/abuse/minors

Use this resource. There are too many kids being targeted on this hellsite.
